"I Am Always Remembering..."

It's been thirteen years now since I last heard the voice of the beloved one... 

Interestingly, the next day would have marked 3 years from the first day we'd met in person.  Each year I remember the most significant thing he said to me in the last talk...

"I'm going to change and become a better man... I'll make you proud of me."

I often wonder if he did.

I am always remembering...

My greatest fear is that I may not live long enough to forget.
