What I Like About This: I really admire this series of self-portraits created over the long career of Australian artist Robert Hanaford.  Like many artists, he too expressed his talent in this unique genre, but went further than most, by doing so multiple times and thereby documented his transition through the phases of life... Here we witness him as a relatively young artist having attained impressive skill, and then see him in middle age honing of his craft  until finally we are witness to the seasoned artist capturing the details and truth of aging. An interesting exploration of the journey we all must make.
