Why do you think sex for us gay men is so important and always present?
I don't think sex is more important to gays than to straights. I think what happens is that they have tried to deny us the right to sex, through religion or hetero-patriarchal morality, for us sex is an achievement, maybe that's why we make it more present, because it has something of defiance, pride and satisfaction at having achieved something so fundamental, not without social and emotional fatigue.
