"Just For Fun..."


With so many corporations fearlessly unwittingly throwing themselves into the fiery furnace of right wing bigotry by daring to embrace the LGBTQIA+ community, I got to thinking, what would it look like at The Home Depot...?

This is what my mind's eye came up with:



Narration: "Find everything you need at The Home Depot"

    I know, you're like, "Why's he picking on HD?" I'm not, but I can't forget the billionaire cofounder of Home Depot who said "nobody works" (because of socialism) and who has donated nearly $64 million to political causes over the years, including the campaigns of former President Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and many other hard-right republicans. This all came to mind because I was thinking of buying some lumber the other day. To HD's credit, they scored a 90/100 on HRC's corporate equality index in 2022.
