Not the final act of coming out, but the most important is to allow yourself to actually fall in love and thereby overcome a lifetime of fears. For only then can you know what it is to be human and to know love and life's ultimate passion. It was on this day, some nineteen years ago now that my coming out was made real in heart, mind and body. His name was Billy, and a part of my heart has remained forever his.
