What I Like About This: The startled look on these lover's faces suggests what going on here, but the truth is revealed in the details you probably didn't notice. The big clue is that this can't explained away as, "They were just in bed together because of a lack of beds..." No, there's an empty bed that was probably the spooner's, but it doesn't look like the covers are even ruffled, so he's been in bed with his partner since bedtime. Now of course we'll never know if I right about what I see in this old photograph, but we do know that, "we were always there."
