What I Like About This: The subject reminds me of myself and my struggle to improve my fitness in my early old age. Seems Like I've been fighting the battle of the bulge for half my life. But for my age, other than excess pounds and high blood pressure from the stress of a broken heart, I'm in good health, even though I've often hoped for an early death.
