"In The News From Detroit..."


A Metro Detroit lesbian couple's lawsuit challenging Michigan's same-sex marriage ban and adoption prohibitions may soon result in the law being overturned by a Michigan court.  The fact that a hearing on the matter scheduled for March 7th has been moved to an unusual venue (Wayne State University) signals to some that the judge's ruling may make history in the state.
