Don't argue with those who support him, it doesn't work
Focus on his policies not his mental state
Stay positive... they want the country to be angry and fearful, it divides us
Don't engage in helpless and hopeless talk
Support artists and the arts
Be careful not to spread fake news
Take care of yourself and those you love
When you do talk about him, don't assign his actions to him, assign them to "the republican administration," deny him the focus of attention he craves
Even in the midst of oppression, remember that this too shall pass
