A photo from Adam and Jason's engagement
“We met in August, 2011 on a random website called ‘Adam for Adam’ and we had our first date at Coppa, our favorite neighborhood restaurant in the South End.
Jason had just moved to Boston for residency at Spaulding Rehab Hospital a few weeks earlier, and Adam had lived in Boston since his college years at Tufts University.
Our relationship took an interesting turn just three weeks after we met when Adam ended up in the hospital for a week with kidney failure. Jason managed to meet all of Adam’s friends and family members; and during this difficult week, his compassion and kind heart were on full display. Since that time we have made a home in the South End.
We have been to many of Adam’s family functions and have seen many parts of the world together including Paris, Peru, Mexico, Thailand, Amsterdam, California and of course many trips to Provincetown.
We love to travel, to cook dinners together, to meet up with our amazing friends, to dance, play tennis, appreciate good theater and contemporary dance, and to be grateful for the small, every day moments that make up our life together. We appreciate how our differences complement each other, and we strive to encourage each other to be our own selves, while also savoring life’s moments together.”
Adam and Jason tied the knot in a stylish wedding this July in Boston.
