Just over a year ago, Houston and I were just two college fraternity men in South Georgia living the dream. We met through mutual friends and began getting pretty close, neither of us knowing the other was attracted to men, much less each other!
The stigma of being gay in the south kept us in fear. That is, until New Years Eve that year, when Houston took a huge risk by being my midnight kiss. He plopped it on me in the middle of a sentence, and everything changed. Its been over a year since that day, and we fall more and more in love every time we look at each other.
We gave each other the courage to let our friends and family know about our relationship, and we have conquered moving to the big city (Atlanta) like we've always dreamed to do. We know we will spend the rest of our lives together...
