I've loved the songs of Roger Whittaker my whole life... I bought my first album C.O.D. (that's "cash on delivery" for you youngsters) when I was just 10 years old. The beautiful songs he sang about love strongly influenced my own ideas about it. I even dreamed of seeing him in concert one day, but it never came to pass. Nevertheless, even after all these years, I still enjoy listening to the dozens of his albums (he was a prolific artist) I own. Fortunately, he left behind an incredible catalog of lovely songs for future generations to discover and enjoy.
