This is what it feels like at work most days...
Our enterprise employs about 70,000 people worldwide
My division makes up about 33,000 of those
My boss reports to the president of our division who reports to CEO of the enterprise
Most days, I'm the only black face I ever see
Sadly, that's been true for much of my career and working life
It's one of the things I ponder often
