"Congratulations To Our 45th President-Elect..."

In a not so surprising and yet stunning victory, America has embarked on her most ambitious and potentially dangerous experiment ever.  By electing a man who has stoked the fears of a dwindling white majority, America now potentially heads down a path to isolationism and division both internationally and most troublingly from within.

And yet, our great experiment in democracy has withstood the tests of men like our new president before and it will again.  Let us remember we have elected a leader of the executive branch of our government and not a king... Although my first thoughts and concerns this morning have centered on the future for my children, I am not afraid... I am prepared to support our new leader when I can and to oppose him when I must.  This is what American freedom means.

Congratulations to Donald John Trump, now we shall see what his seemingly empty promises have bought us and the world.
