"It's Christmas..."

It's early Christmas morning, and I am up remembering Christmases past... There were many that were like terrible nightmares because I felt alone and afraid in the world.  And there were some where I felt the hope and joy that this holiday symbolizes.  Alas, the latter were far too few in number, but now my life has come to a new and fuller tide of being and I'm hoping for the Christmas of my dreams today.
