Monday, after more than 51 years together, Patrick Bova and Jim Darby, the plaintiffs in the Illinois marriage equality case, were married following their hard won court victory. The court's final order took full effect across the state on Sunday.
Let this be proof for those who say our love is not real and not worthy of being honored by marriage...
