We met in the spring of 2010 during a pretty transitional time in both of our lives. We were both in the process of leaving our military services (Army and Coast Guard).
We hung out a lot early on and made it official a few months later. We spent the next couple of years taking turn spending time at each other's apartments until we decided to move in with each other eventually buying a house together.
Over the years we have grown together and we support each other in both our personal and professional ambitions.
July 4, 2014 we got engaged while surrounded by our close friends on one of the most beautiful of days in Indianapolis, Indiana that summer. It was one of the most special days we've ever experienced.
