Native Detroiter, Dr. Ben Carson loves to parrot the stupidity of the religious right and conservative hatemongers, thinking that this will make him one of "them". Sadly, Dr. Carson just doesn't get that while they love hearing him (a black man) preach their idiocy, they'll never actually support him, because that same ignorant hatred that inspires his homophobia inspires their racism.
