That day long hoped for has again eluded us as the want of 3 votes in the U.S. Senate fails to secure the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." I put the blame for this squarely on the shoulders of the President, who once again has failed to lead and deliver on his promises.

Yesterday was a sad day for America and for the thousands of her patriots who must still serve in silence and in fear.
